I ordered pizza for delivery and was very disappointed. We'e dined at Boston Pizza many times and have always had a great experience. I thought the delivery pizza would be the same. It definitely was not! There were hardly any toppings and the crust was like cardboard. Even my grandchildren complained! I was asked to tip the driver before he even arrived. I wanted to tip at the door once delivered, but was told cash was not an option. The worse part was, the delivery person had to open the gate to get to in, but left the gate open when he left. When I let my dogs out at 5am, they both escaped the yard. I was not happy, and will never order take out from Boston Pizza again!

Food is terrible. Only thing worse is the service. Half empty and after 30mins with a small family had to go find a server. The lasagna is a plate of half cooked noodles with melted cheese. Pizza is terrible. Salad includes all the worst parts. This is about as bad as it gets.

The only complaint that we can say is they forgot to do one of our pastas so we ate at different times my wife and me and there were just 4 tables in all the restaurant so maybe just pay more attention at the kitchen but everything else was good very friendly service.
