EXTREMELY disappointed with the service n the whole experience here today.. been here for an hour n 20 minutes now and the ravioli was uncooked when it arrived but before that my friend's order arrived and mine arrived 10 minutes later.. I had to send my food back ..Now still waiting..Came to Victoria for a 2 day trip to see how its like here but this experience was not something I'd be looking back at with pleasure.EXTREMELY disappointed and so far there wasn't a manager to come and apologize for the inconvenience and we r charged full price for the food with thr restaurant being not busy and kitchen staff slow...

Walked in Wednesday afternoon and waited five or six minutes at the front desk. Could hear people chatting and laughing away in the kitchen, but nobody came out to serve us so we left disappointed. Can't complain about Covid's effect on the restaurant business when nobody bothers to greet customers. Having been here many times before this was unexpected.

Went in to order our dinner a half-hour before closing, I asked for a pasta dish. The hostess didn't know if they sell the pasta so she went to check, she came back and said yes they sell it but the cook already dumped all the pasta. She was trying to write our order down with a sharpie felt pen on a scrap piece of paper.. NOT a good experience at all

Pizza crust and sauce always good and a brute with the meat sauce dip is very good. I love a good salad and I always enjoy the fresh salad here.

We didn't get asked how our food was and after taking our finished plates, the bill came faster then our drinks.So i paid regardless if we wanted anything else but i asked for a coffee fill and never got it.

We have eaten at many Boston Pizza locations across the country, and this was one of the best. We were seated quickly, the server was attentive to our needs, the food came quickly, and the portion sizes for the kids meals were enormous compared to what we are used to at other locations! It's not often that the kids turn down a free desert because they ate too much dinner.

Waitress was a joke. I will never eat at Boston pizza again. If you are anywhere near this Boston pizza in Victoria don't waste your time.the place is a joke. We walked out hungry and angry. Staff were extremely nice & helpful, some of the best customer service I've ever had ... but washroom needed help toilet paper lying outside holder in industrial sized roll, broken pail lid on floor & no hook in stall. Our pizza toppings were sparse,, about a 1/3 less than other locations. When u walk in overall look was not inviting. Clean but dark & dated. Other locations have a much more vibrant updated look. But staff was friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I Received another order tonight that was incorrect- twice in one week. They never offer to fix it or resend an order out for delivery if they make a mistake. For expensive pizza they sure don’t care what they produce and send out. When the food arrives wrong you have to deal with a manager who doesn’t seem to care and brushes you off. I always seem to leave here disappointed, also my fault for reordering. It’s hard to support restaurants in hard times when they can’t make basic orders correctly and don’t care enough to remake the order once they have provided it incorrectly. I’ve learnt my lesson, I will not be going back.

Food tastes great! Had a picnic with some family in a park and wanted to do pizza. The food was very tasty. The service was nice, and they meet our demands well. Could explain their portion sizes better because it was quite expensive, but we ended up eating most of our food.
