Jan. 2026 - We've been to Browns Crafthouse in Vic West a few times now. We have always had very good service and food, their burgers are yummie, and it's affordable. Unfortunately, this last time was not so great (undercooked burger) but how our waitress handled it was awesome. I really appreciated her professionalism and the $10 gift certificate. We will definitely be back.

I'm celiac and take my two boys out once a week for dinner and have a tough time finding a good, consistent place to eat with good GF options and have always done well at Brown's. This location has great service, good music and plenty of TV's for sports events. Had a blackened chicken bowl that was excellent! Will definitely back.

My family and I come here often, its the kids favourite place to eat, they're obsessed with the Hollywood burger! But what keeps me keen to return every time is the service, it is fantastic. The staff are so friendly, every single one of them. Their patience while the kids order for themselves is blended with humor and respectfulness which creates a dynamic and safe space. Grateful for a spot like this in our neighbourhood, thanks folks!

The food is only good when the place is not too busy. When there are too many patrons there, they mess up the order. Will I go back? Absolutely NOT!
