Service was outstanding and food was delicious, great atmosphere!

My boyfriend and I came in for drinks and dinner, and unfortunately had the worst service we’ve ever experienced. Our server was cold and unwelcoming from the start. She took our drink order, but then disappeared for almost 45 minutes. We didn’t get our drinks refilled, our food was brought by a different server, and she didn’t check in with us once.

Meanwhile, she gave warm, friendly service to the older couple seated behind us—chatting with them, checking on them often, and refilling their drinks. It felt like she treated us differently because we’re younger (19), assuming we wouldn’t tip. We always tip well for good service—but this wasn’t it.

She never made eye contact, never gave her name when asked, and only returned to ask if we wanted the bill. It was a slow night with only two tables in our area, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention.

That said, the food was great and the other servers were kind and helpful—if we could’ve tipped them directly, we would have. I hope the server in question learns to treat all guests with the same respect, regardless of age or appearance.

Please take care of the staff as they need to be focused on the customers I believe rather than gossiping....very rude welcome without a smile on her face...that was really annoying....

Amazing service. We were a large group, food and drinks came quickly. The avocado sushi roll was tasty, nachos were great. Recommend for large groups.

Never went here before last night but was really impressed by the food service and atmosphere. We had a party of 10 for a family Christmas dinner and it was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. First we had Sesame Ginger Gyoza and the Calamari and Chicken wings for appetizers which started our night really well. Followed by an assortment of entries including the Hollywood Burger Steak Frites the Szechuan Beef Noodle Bowl and the #28 Dragon Bowl. Each of these entries were all delicious. Then we had the desserts which were the Key Lime Pie and the Oreo cheesecake which both were very delicious. This place checked all the boxes. Service to Friendly staff to exceptional food. They can serve a small party of 2 to a party of 10 without a sweat. We are making this place our place not only for a place for Christmas gatherings but a fun place to go for dinner and drinks and lunch every day of the week. I am really looking forward to trying more items of their menu in the near future

I always get the beef dip + ceaser salad and it is always amazing! Downtown location did it a bit different, so I do prefer the Langford one better. Service is always great and prompt, even during rushes.
