As a delivery driver, I am requesting you turn off your tablet until you open your doors. It wastes our time, money, and gas to show up to pick up an order at a closed restaurant. We get no compensation for this and it hurts our metrics, not to mention the customer is just going to get angrier at us (the driver) if we choose to stick it out and deliver the food when you do open.
Edit: Your posted opening times on Google are half an hour earlier than what's posted on your door. Fix this, and you have been reported to Uber Support.

The food is what it is at Burger King. Most of the time the Lobby is closed off at this location because of the people outside in the downtown core. On two separate occasions a couple of years apart I have witnessed a staff having to deal with poorly behaving customers who were throwing food. However, the staff remained calm and very well behaved. Major thumbs up for the level-headedness of the employees at that Burger king. They deserve a raise.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Been here three separate times this year and every experience involved the same male cashier with glasses, first time he kicked me out during the day cause they needed to clean the tables, I politely accepted the request even though I didn't understand it, then the last couple of times I filled out the offer that comes on the back of every receipt they give and without proper explanation he told me I couldn't use it, I just went to Government street, luckily I didn't have any problems and they accepted it.

The service was incredibly poor, especially from one staff member, an Indian guy who was serving customers. He was rude, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in doing his job. When I asked for help with my order, he barely acknowledged me and acted as if I was an inconvenience. The food also took much longer than expected, and the restaurant was not very clean. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Super poor experience. My dad and I were buying food at the establishment and when I asked to scan my Burger King rewards app, the worker refused and didn’t explain why.

located in the city center very easy to locate not very crowded, competitive prices, very tasty food, only flaw poor cleaning overall and not too spacious place for on-site consumption, however I recommend it for a quick and cheap refreshment.

Why hire some idiots! They don't care about the safety and hygiene of food! We need talk and complain to the health officer.

Dropped food all over the kitchen floor, only 2 crew members working the entire restaurant. Extremely slow for fast food. Definitely does not meet hygiene standards or quality standards + rats. Only positive thing about the restaurant is the architecture. Do not eat the "food" here
