I went to this branch to get a burger at 8:25 and I asked for cheese and a Swiss burger and he said that they didn't have it so I asked double burger and again he said that we don't have it. He was very rude, smelly, and disrespectful. I also asked for water, and the person working said it cost $4 and I asked why it's so expensive, and he said that if you go to McDonald's, they also sell it for $4 so what can I do, then I asked for tap water and he said no I said how come and he said we don't have tap water and I said your soda fountain has it and he again said no. I was very disappointed with the customer service today and I won't be coming back.

We arrived around 8:30 and asked for 4 different burgers and the staff said it’s unavailable bcz they are almost closing. Staff was so rude and dismissing. They just wanted us out of the store. We left without any food. One of the staff was already brooming and more focused on closing duties than customers . So unprofessional staff

This is a handy location for a burger 🍔 king 🤴 in Victoria ..... they got 2 for 1 deals on some itams like 2 for 1 sandwiches for example ....its a clean inside looking burger King , washrooms , wifi , lots of seats to sit in ....the burger King quality is great they got vegetarian options too like the regular veggie burger and the impossible whopper burgers 🍔 and fish 🐟 burgers 🍔....staff friendly ,service is good ...you get your money's worth for the 2 for 1 deals ...thier are stairs in this location due to a bit below ground

Nothing beats a Whopper with cheese when it’s dialled in, but tonight’s burger at this location was very much sub par. Not sure if it was due to them closing in an hour and pushing for take out only. Condiments were lacking, burger was lukewarm. Fries were good, crisp and hot…I’ll give them that.

Tables were dirty, and there was no visible hustle in the kitchen with the few of the team who were working. There was no real friendliness in the initial greeting and was an experience in general vending machine level hospitality. There was no care in the packaging of the order as ketchup packets were served stuck together with some sort of sticky substance.

haven’t had a whopper in years, decided to come back for a whooper. so far it was the best burger i have ever eaten from a fast food place. Will definitely be back to have more.
