Colin V was amazing! Great service 10/10 recommend
Great experience for us today. All drinks and food were amazing. Excellent service from our server Madison who was very sweet and friendly ! We will definitely be back to try more drinks and dishes.
Had an amazing dinner at Cactus Club on Douglas! Huge shoutout to Blue, Colin, and Becca — their service was next-level. Super friendly, attentive, and made me feel totally welcome even though I was by myself. Great food, even better people. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! Truly amazing staff!
Came in from the mainland, thinking you can't go wrong with Cactus Club, but I was wrong. The draft was just under room temp; the Avocado Dip was tangy and lacked any other flavour, and; we sent the truffle fries back as they tasted like mold. Service was ok. The atmosphere on the lounge side, where we were sitting, would have been better if there wasn't a group of people smoking drugs outside, just 8 feet from our table. Obviously, that isn't the restaurant's fault, but still wasn't ideal. The other side of the restaurant was gloomy, dark, and uninviting.
We love it here for date days as a couple or with all the kids :)
***our favorite is the lettuce wraps! I get tofu and my fiance gets chicken. We are never disappointed.
Jackson literally is the kindest, the service was great and he literally saved the day when we had a dilemma with our burger

I had high hopes for our outing last night, especially after reserving a specific table to enjoy the hockey game. We even followed up on our way there, confirming that the table was still on hold for us. Imagine our frustration when we arrived only to be told that the table was not available! The host informed us it was a first come, first served situation, which contradicted our prior assurance.
When we decided to leave, I went back to ask for the manager's card, hoping for at least some acknowledgment of our disappointment, but the manager’s lack of customer service skills only added insult to injury. This experience left us feeling undervalued and frustrated. I can't recommend this place if you're looking for reliable service or a decent experience. Save your time and go elsewhere!

Cactus club is great for celiacs. They have a dedicated fryer. Staff are generally nice about allergies, I’ve only had one server who wasn’t kind. Otherwise I’ve been lots- it’s my go to restaurant living with celiac disease. Thanks for making eating out possible!
