I had high hopes for our outing last night, especially after reserving a specific table to enjoy the hockey game. We even followed up on our way there, confirming that the table was still on hold for us. Imagine our frustration when we arrived only to be told that the table was not available! The host informed us it was a first come, first served situation, which contradicted our prior assurance.
When we decided to leave, I went back to ask for the manager's card, hoping for at least some acknowledgment of our disappointment, but the manager’s lack of customer service skills only added insult to injury. This experience left us feeling undervalued and frustrated. I can't recommend this place if you're looking for reliable service or a decent experience. Save your time and go elsewhere!

Cactus club is great for celiacs. They have a dedicated fryer. Staff are generally nice about allergies, I’ve only had one server who wasn’t kind. Otherwise I’ve been lots- it’s my go to restaurant living with celiac disease. Thanks for making eating out possible!

Terrible experience. The staff ignored us upon arrival, making it awkward and unwelcoming. Our server took 30 minutes to take our order and prioritized other tables while we had to chase her down for basic things like placing our order and getting the check. She was too busy mingling with other staff and other tables it seemed. Service felt biased, as we are a minority group and were treated as an afterthought. If you are not Caucasian and middle-aged, be prepared to receive subpar treatment at this establishment. The automatic 18% tip option was laughable considering the poor service. This place needs to train its staff on professionalism and inclusivity. Would not recommend.

We had a really terrible experience. It was incredibly hot in the space. Micayla our server wasn't very attentive not that we minded much but she had a ton of attitude and didn't care to even serve us a glass a water. All she cared for was a tip!
