Food is great- Service was next level friendly and fun. We were treated like regulars- very playful and jovial- attentive- honestly very rare to receive service this good. Food was probably 7.5/10 good but nothing over the top for Pho- portions were good and all- but the service was what made it.

Overall the evening was very good. Salad was as a bit wilted and main course could have been hotter.
Everything was wonderful. Delicious Italian food and excellent service. One of the best dining experiences we've had in Victoria. We will be back soon!
Would have been 5 stars if the server focused more on the table then polishing glass and if there were stricter restrictions on smokers outside the patio.
Everyone in our party of 4 enjoyed their meals. We have not had a bad meal here over the last 8 years. Excellent food each time.
Great food. Great service. Great decor. Oh, by the way, cafe opens at five. Don't get there early. They don't open the gate to the patio/front entrance until exactly 5 pm — wind or rain you are out in the cold.
Cafe Brio is a great choice for anyone seeking a welcoming, dog-friendly patio. We were seated outside with our dog, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable—they brought us several blankets, checked on us regularly, and even provided a extra heater to keep us warm. The service was incredibly accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s clear they care about their guests’ comfort, making this a memorable experience for both humans and pets.

We were seated in a very noisy corner at the front of the restaurant. Conversation was difficult.
Had another lovely experience at Brio. The food, service, and ambiance was perfect. Thank you for the attentive service and wonderful food.

Enjoyable evening and dinner. What stood out most was the strong sense of mutual respect among the staff. Service felt genuine…would go back again.

Great food, unusual local ingredients (woodruff ice cream) and impeccable service. Cafe Brio never disappoints. Our server had an excellent knowledge of the wines on offer and was extremely helpful with choosing appropriate wines for our starters and mains. We especially love that Cafe Brio continues to offer half orders of all mains.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Family Dinner chef's selection (we were 6 people). We sat out on the patio and were very comfortable with the heaters and blankets provided. Highlights were the soup (absolutely delicious) and fish, though honestly everything tasted amazing. Portions were very generous and we were too full for dessert. Service was friendly (and not overly so), prompt (but never rushed), and knowledgeable. Our server knew the wines well and was helpful in guiding us to a perfect pairing at an excellent value. The restaurant inside was busy, so I would definitely recommend reservations. To a one, we all agreed we would love to return.
We had a wonderful evening. Food was delicious! Looking forward to the next time. The lamb 3 ways was so tasty.
