My wife and I arrived at 5 ish on a Saturday in early January and were immediately seated.The place was busy but we were given menus and attentive service from the start.We always get Fajittas and Quesadillas and these arrived quick, piping hot and very good.And it was in the range of real peoples wallets.We don't drink but the young people around us seemed happy.

Cafe Mexico offers an authentic and delightful Mexican dining experience. The warm and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a remarkable meal, with a menu featuring a variety of flavorful dishes. The Chicken Tinga Burrito, Chile Relleno Chicken, and Enchiladas de Pollo are standouts. The Pollo Asado, grilled to perfection, and the Street Corn, charred and seasoned just right, are also highlights. Customers have enjoyed the excellent tacos, generous portions, and great tequila and mezcal selection. The enchiladas and mangonada have also been praised. The Burrito Barbacoa was nicely stuffed and delicious. The chile relleno with chicken was loved, not battered and deep fried, with tender pepper and flavorful chicken. The carne assade quesadilla had very good flavor. Pork tacos were outstanding and barbacoa very good, both with generous portions of good quality meat. The vegetarian taco was amazing. The street corn was also great and the portion was huge, very reasonably priced. The paloma and margaritas were excellent. The churros for dessert are great too. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Parking can be tricky, but the place is kid-friendly with a change table and a large private bathroom.
