This restaurant is in a more open space and therefore the noise level is higher than we expected. We changed table twice as we were looking for a more quiet spot where we can have a nice conversation. We ended up seated in the lounge area since the restaurant side only had a table for two available right in front of the live entertainment which was too loud to have any conversations. The restaurant manager was very accommodating, understanding and friendly. Food was delicious and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, the environment was simply more lively than we expected.

We were 4 for lunch and ordered a range of items, all were excellent. Amazing setting and view. Highly recommend.

Service was not very good. Asked for a strawbtwice, from two different servers. Neither brought me one. We were not asked if we wanted drinks, when we were greeted by our server. We waited around 20mins at the end, after the server brought us a box for takeout, for our server. She finally came and asked us if we wanted anything else, we asked to order something to go and the bill. Waited another 10mins for the bill and another 10mins for her to come back with the machine. The takeout item came and was asked if we needed cutlery. We said yes. Waited another 10mins and finally decided to leave. Asked a passing waitress for cutlery when the other waitress came out and looked at us and remembered our cutlery request. Food was good. Live singer was great. Ambiance was great. Price was fair. Service needs work.

We missed the brunch as they finished at 12:00, but we were able to try the lunch menu and it was delicious.
The view and the place are amazing and we will definitely be back for another day.
The hotel lobby is beautiful and it was decorated for Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly and we had a great time.

Had a family gathering/celebration (approx 30-40 people). 3 course meal took 3.5+ hours. Guests of honor served last, and cold mains. Drinks only filled st start of service. Even when people flagged they needed to go, servers disappeared for 20-30 min.

I recently coordinated a corporate dinner at Callisto and the evening was wonderful from start to finish. The events coordinator & executive chef were professional and great to deal with during the planning/months leading up to the dinner. The serving staff and bartenders were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to reserve the private room at the restaurant (Orso Room) which features beautiful floor and ceiling windows - leaving the breath taking view for you to enjoy! The food was delicious and cooked just right. The drink selection was vast and the bartenders made great pairing suggestions. The restaurant is inside The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa. It is on the main level of the resort and wheelchair accessible.

This restaurant offers a good view of the golf course, and the brunch menu is reasonably priced considering its location in the Westin. Tried the Wagyu burger (small patty), bacon omelette (a bit salty), and avocado Benny (nothing special), but overall the food was okay. Wanted to order drip Starbucks from the menu, but it wasn’t available. Still, it’s worth a visit if you’re staying at the hotel and want to avoid driving down for other restaurants.

Happy Days

There was only one other table occupied when we arrived.
The chicken strips were thin and dry, and the ‘frites’ were just ordinary thick white and no crisp fries. Disappointed to say the least. $24 for 6 strips and a small fries totally not worth it.

We sat by the window, very large open windows, where a wasp entered and hung over our food/table. It was not a pleasant experience. Could you not afford screens??

Then two people are seated at the table beside us, even though there were other tables available for the view. The woman did not pull her chair in, instead leaving it to almost touch the back of mine. Ridiculous!
Our server, however, was great.
Can’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We asked for a quiet table, and they had the notes in their system, as well as providing such to us. For a resort, the food was quite good. My wife's chicken with fried polenta was very good. My tagliatelle was very tasty, but too large for me. We enjoyed dinner enough to make reservations for our last night at the resort. The staff is quite lovely also.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We ordered the striploin with seasonal veggies and mashed potatoes. The steaks were chewy. They were served cut already which my husband got very disappointed about. They were underseasoned too. Service was ok.

I loved their espresso martini!!! For whoever made that, that was one of the best!!! I’m an espresso martini connoissuer but I would say theirs was one of the best! salute to the bartender at that time! Will comeback for just espresso martini LOL!

The place was beautiful! We loved the serenity pool!

Ignore any negative reviews. We are hesitant to eat there because of the bad reviews but we’ve now had two dinners and one breakfast and the place is fantastic. Great service, very friendly servers, great views, great food, and reasonable price considering it’s a nice hotel restaurant.

Food portions were small and were not the high quality we normally expect at a Westin restaurant. The newly renovated restaurant was poorly decorated in our opinion ( too much going on that does not match the hotel theme).
What we did like was the five star service from the host, waitress and manager.
