Cherries Breakfast Bistro

Our family has been going to cherries for over a decade. Every birthday our kids only want one place for breakfast and that is Cherries. For us it feels like “home”. The Bennys are delicious, the Mango Matcha smoothie is my families favourite smoothie in town and during the colder months the Chai latte is the best in town. I asked my son this summer what he wanted for his reward for hitting a grand slam and his words were “Cherries’ smoothie of course”. Sam (age 11). Coffee, breakfast sandwhich to go are my quick bites, but sitting in for a larger meal is always a pleasure!

This used to be one of my go-to brunch spots. I went back recently after the renovations and unfortunately it was a bust. Ordered the bacon, avo, brie Benny and it came with the thinnest slice of brie I’ve ever seen. On top of that, having food served on paper plates while dining in felt pretty wild. The saving grace was the espresso milkshake.

Disappointing, very bland food, served on paper plates, food took awhile, and my food came about 5 mins after my wife's did (it wasn't busy). Prices are high for the quality of the food.

Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

Terrible experience. Service was extremely slow. We asked several times what was taking so long (30 minutes) and were told it was coming. 45 min. - we asked again and they reported they had “lost the bill”. One of the waitresses offered to bring us 2 espresso milkshakes while we waited. Unfortunately when the milkshakes came out they were delivered to the wrong table. We said something, as the other patrons looked confused, but nothing was done! Insult to injury. Pathetic. Never to return!

Went here for the first time today and got the waffles with the berries which were amazing! The guy at the counter was extremely welcoming and friendly and really enhanced the experience. The lady came out to check on us about the waffles which was super kind of her to do! Such a cute little breakfast place :)

Amazing place for breakfast!
I was struggling to find a place to eat in the morning since everything is closed until 11 but likely found this jam. The service was fantastic. The servers were very nice and polite. The food was delicious and quickly cooked although a bit pricey for me (we ordered 2 wraps, waffles, 2 lattes and a smoothie and paid ~72$). However, the food was very nutritious and I left this place fool and satisfied. Their peach smoothie was soo good! Even though the place is located near the road it is not too loud and nice to sit outside with a company of friends.

The new vibe is awesome. Best service and best coffee in town. And now next door Is a
Burger/taco place which is excellent. This place is absolutely amazing and a must try. The staff is always amazing and the vibe is great in both sides of this place. Well done Al around

We've been to Cherries several times this last year and visited today to check out the changes. Same amazing eggs Benny, just a different service format (which is very convenient). We were warmly welcomed by the owner and staff, as always. We're excited about their transformation - we'll definitely be back for more yummy brunch food and to check out the ice cream bar!

I used to love their Bennies, but after the changes the quality of the food decreased a lot. And also, eating Benny Eggs on a styrofoam plate was disappointing...
