The woman at the front tried to bribe us with extra chicken to leave a good review. When ordering she talked so fast we could barely understand what she was saying, she didn’t even ask what type of chicken pieces we wanted or flavour. The coleslaw tasted literally rotten, instantly spat it out as soon as I put it in my mouth. This place used to be a hidden gem under the old management and family who started up the place. The atmosphere literally feels like going to a fast food joint, and it used to be a restaurant. I think that the people working there should seriously reconsider there choices because they have completely ruined the place.

I cant wrap my head around how people buy restaurants and then totally sabotage everything that was great about them. This place used to advertise that they used locally raised chickens, but now the chicken literally stinks like its half rotten bottom tier mass produced garbage. I've ordered it 3 times just to be sure, its gray and it stinks every single time. The gravy comes as one mealy gelatinous blob, and everything gets tied together with a strange mystery perfumous chemical aroma. I'm genuinely curious and baffled as to what these smells are.
The chinese food also blows. Your delivery person was 40 minutes late. Thank you for ruining this Victorian icon.

Love this place, been going here for years and it never disappoints. Super reasonable prices that are much better than similar places, great food, and the staff are so lovely! $30 for Veggie chow main, wedgie cut fries, gravy, and coleslaw! Will continue to come and support, hope they stay around forever!

Been ordering from this restaurant for years and the chicken used to be the best in town. The new owners were rude and the chicken tasted disgusting. It tasted like it had gone bad. It went straight to the trash.

Ordered the in between meal, onion rings, and a seczhuan plate. All of this was 60$....
It was very oily, but then the chicken was super dry. The batter tasted stale. The coleslaw was too vinegary and very limp. The gravy was burnt, there were floating burnt bits in it.
Can get better at a food court, that costs less.
Horrible, rude service. The floors and front counter were dirty and sticky.
