Chimac is my favorite place to go. Perfect cozy vibe, fantastic chicken, I dream of the pa-dak on a weekly basis. Everytime I visit its an absolute treat.

The food is standard. We had the pan fried udon which was a bit sweet. Fried chicken was crispy. We had the snow cheese fried chicken, but the cheese powder was not as good.

I have a complaint that I had submitted to Uber Eats (no response) about the honey mustard fried chicken I received yesterday. Can anyone take care of it? One of the pieces of chicken was raw. I have a picture

It’s so delicious that when my friends ask me what’s good to eat in the city center, I’ll order it! The fried chicken is a must! Everyone must try it

Probably one of the best Korean style fried chickens on this island. My favorite is honey mustard flavor, also the creamy onion fried chicken is outstanding.
Usually I will order the fire gobchang, perfect with rice or beer!
Parking might be the only thing I don’t like when I visit this restaurant. But it will be free street parking after 8pm.

Went for first time last night after not eating all day and it was fantastic meal to end the day! The Spicy Korean Chicken was as delicious as I had hoped and the service was super friendly and quick. Thanks Daniel for the Kimchi! Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone

Ordering a chicken set in Chimac is unlike any other restaurants here in Victoria. We are only two people and we ordered their full set of chicken because we are used to having few chicken pieces in an order. With Chimac it is really a lot! To be honest it’s like a meal in Asia. It’s ambiance is very Korean and you would really love to add some Soju while devouring their fried chicken. I would also love to commed their pickled radish. It rocks!

incredible juicy chicken with a crunchy skin!! the food was incredible but ive only ever had the chicken so idk about the other dishes. warning!!! if youre going to dine here solo then get ready to eat a huge amount of chicken because you could only order small portions if you order take out. my first visit u had the banana makkeoli (rice wine), half order of original chicken, along with some rice and kimchi and the waitor was very nice and checked up on me. the second visit i ordered a $5 beer (a deal they have from monday to friday), their boneless chicken with horseradish (which was very sweet! it went so well with everything) and it came with a huge amount of green onion which wasnt that strong it was the right amount of crunchiness and very refreshing. 5/5 incredible place to eat :)

The most amazing food in the world! I've been here a few times now and the food is consistently delicious. Try something on their menu that's not chicken (even though that's their specialty!) and you won't be disappointed. My most recent trip I tried their seafood fried udon noodles and it was next level flavour town! My only suggestion is potentially they'd offer a one person combo of some sort so that I could enjoy a little bit of the chicken with other menu items instead of having to order a huge helping of chicken and add ons? Also, your bathroom could use a good deep clean and paint job ?✌️

Giving them a one star that they deserve. Came back with my orginal chicken that was raw and still blood on it. I told the employee that the chicken was still raw and they said it’s cook. They gave me another 2pcs of chicken when i check it there was still blood on it. Being in the food industry for so long that’s not how we recover and handle complain.?
