OMG my dipped cone was amazing. I had the dulce de leche and my husband had the salted caramel. We both ordered a small and it was anything but small. Definitely worth every penny and then some. The staff was very friendly and the service was great! We met one of the owners and he was super friendly and gracious. I certainly recommend this place and I fully intend to go back anytime I’m in Victoria.

Even their smallest sizes are too rich and intense for my taste. The chocolate is on so thick. We got 3 small ones for 4 people. My 5 year old didn’t like his, and he likes all ice creams and sugar. He said the ice cream was boring and the chocolate too intense. Mine was so rich by halfway through the second smallest size I was done. And it cost over 20 bucks for 2 minis and a baby. The kids just liked the sorbet inside the chocolate

THE BEST ICECREAM IN VICTORIA.If you're a tourist you have to come to favouris, the combination of gooey chocolate melting onto the crisp waffle cone is perfect.The staff are great as well, and there are many vegan alternatives for ice cream there too.

The staff were not only fast but incredibly friendly, making the entire ordering process a breeze. Their attentiveness and warmth truly added to the enjoyment of the visit.I got the classic dark on my last visit and it was absolutely delicious. Each scoop was just perfect for my preference. What I particularly loved was the ability to customize my order to suit my exact taste, whether it was adding toppings or selecting flavors.Having visited the store a couple of times now since I work nearby, it never disappoints. Additionally, getting to meet the owner was a delightful surprise. They were incredibly sweet and took the time to chat with us, which was a testament to the care and passion they put into their business. It's always nice to see the faces behind such a successful establishment.
Busy, popular place so noisy and a little hectic. Quick and efficient service and toppings are pretty solid. The only thing that let's the place down is the key ingredient - the ice cream. Some shaving cream concoction that I would not refer to as ice cream. A shame.
