Third times happened to me this couple weeks I ordered chai latte with vanilla . And the barista are not aware what she is doing. It’s not first time . 6 people or 5 people behind me they got there order before me. Very bad customer service or I feel like there’s a criticism . Before we love to buy coffee or popcorn all the time. But not anymore.

The young people running it are wonderful and friendly, and the bakes treats are great if you're lucky enough to get one.( They sell out quick some days) . Their coffee is great too with a full array of hot drinks available

Best popcorn deal in town - $5 (includes taxes) for 2 litres of fresh popped corn.Buttered in the middle and top, is worth a trip out to the Student Union Building at the University of Victoria.Sometimes I take transit out, grab a popcorn and visit the campus. You don't have to be a student or alumnus to dine or visit the Student Union Building which has other good eats at reasonable prices.Take the #15, #14, #11, #7, #4 from downtown Victoria to UVic; nice trip on a double-decker (#15, 14, 4).
