Their toogoodtogo is really not worth it (1bun, 3 twists). Their normal cinnamon buns have gone down in quality.

I used to love cinnzeo and got such great service that I was buying packs of cinnamon buns once or twice a week! now this new person took over and I will never go back. she made me purchase 7 individual large rolls and refused to allow me to buy 2 four packs! it cost me 50 bucks! she told me they only make 7 rolls at a time and that they had to be in individual boxes. i also asked if she could put icing on them plus let me buy extra and she refused! we waited 9 minutes for these 50 dollar buns with no icing. they never have fresh buns ready. I was a faithful customer but not anymore. the new manager was so rude and unwilling to accommodate requests for a large order. obviously she doesn't want my business.

Ordered the pecan roll. It was very delicious, had really whipped cream on top, and lots of pecans. It was very good, a bit pricey for one roll, but is a good treat! Ordered a coffee and cappuccino also. The coffee was not very fresh. But overall a good

I’ve never gone to the bakery but my roommate just brought home cinnamon buns and they are the best I’ve ever had, and I love cinnamon buns
The lady there was dishonest with me. She scammed me into buying a nasty bun as they were closing. She lied to me about the price and said she gave me 50% off. I later found out this was untrue. I am extremely disgusted by this unprofessionalism. I love Cinnzeo, but I will never support this location again.

We have been going to Cinnzeo at Hillside Mall for as long as it's been open. The cinnamon buns and service were always amazing!So today was my first visit in about a month and what an unpleasant surprise. The Cafe is under new management and the quality was AWFUL! I paid $7.99 for a chocolate cinnamon roll which was 1/3 of the size they used to be and to add insult to injury... it was stale (regardless of the fact the person had to 'decorate it fresh'). I also bought a 4 pack of regular rolls which were also way smaller, hard and not fresh. These buns used to completely fill the boxes with ooey deliciousness.In the showcase there are samples of the different buns. They are incredible (as they used to be) and also complete FALSE ADVERTISING!We have been regular customers but this will be our last visit. The only reason I gave it a star at all was because the young girl behind the counter was very sweet.UPDATE: although this particular experience was not a good one... I will say that it was very much appreciated that the company reached out with genuine concern regarding the situation and a promise to look into the problem. Along with that came an offer to reimburse for the visit.
