My family and I hadn't been to Cobs Bread in quite some time, and we were a bit overwhelmed trying to pick out items for a family gathering. Thankfully, Ava and Zawa immediately put us at ease. They offered a friendly greeting and then took the time to answer every question we had, guiding us through their entire selection of baked goods. Their knowledge and excellent service really made a difference!
Overall, depending upon which franchise you happen to frequent depends on the outcome of your experience. Overall, their food is very good, however, some staff I have had to deal with leave a lot to buy desired while others are amazing and are amazing representatives of their company which they work for.
I walked into the store and got welcomed by helpful and kindhearted staff by the name of Zawa, thank you for the exemplary service. The food was rather dashing prosciutto pizza accompanied by a magnificent chocolate scone.
