HAD A MISTAKE WITH OUR ORDER, THE MANAGER EASYLY CORRECTED THE ORDER AND WE PICKED IT UP ON OUR NEXT VISIT, WE ARE IN DUNCAN AND MISS THIS STORE AND STAFF VERY MUCH, CANNOT THINK HOW ANYONE CAN SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS LOCATION EAGLE RIDGE. RICK AND NONA DUNCAN, BC.

Cobs makes good bread and treats. But this location is extra special because of how friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable the staff is. It's a real joy to visit this Cobs location.

Went in yesterday with my son after a long, expensive day of travelling for a medical appointment. His Grandma had suggested a treat to him but I was worried that he still might think cinnamon is “spicy” like he used to. I didn’t want him to be disappointed in his special treat especially since we were being very careful with what we spent our budget on. Anywho, we were probably annoying but the woman working was so incredibly kind, it was actually heartwarming. My son knows now that he LOVES cinnamon buns and the woman who was working there on December 1st around 3:00, put a smile on our faces after a very long day. We will definitely be back when we are in the area for a delicious cinnamon bun.

denise is SO lovely, such a warm inviting soul that literally makes you want to fill your pockets with every single baked good they have! she absolutely made our day and went above and beyond. we came by last night for some bagels but sadly they were out 😞 however coming in today, we were greeted with a fresh restock of our yummy bagels, two delicious croissants and denise’s lovely smile and energy! definitely will be coming to this location just for her

Cobs makes the best of yummy snacks and the staples. Stopped in for a nice Pana loaf and ended up with treats for wife and I. Never disappointed by any of their products. Customer service very friendly.

Thank you lovely folks at Cobs Bread for helping us with a last-minute order after our initial order with another bakery fell through. Thanks to them we were able to supply a local artists' opening ceremony with delicious cinnamon buns and scones.

It’s our favourite Cobs bread in the area, conveniently located, with great staff. Just LOVE their scones, wish they have the peach scones all year round, not just seasonal 😉 Their sourdough bread and blueberry teatime is also one of our favourites too. Super nice and helpful staff, special thanks to Emery, Blakelee and Meagan, who are always so welcoming and give us good suggestions.

Ordered a 6 pack of cinnamon buns to serve my guests. What I received was the most pathetic & small (not just small.. TINY) globs of hard, burnt doe I’ve ever seen. Cobs should be ashamed and embarrassed to sell something like this to a customer. I felt so bad for my guests and was ashamed to serve them this crap!

I was at this store in January with a broken hand. As my first Cobs store experience, not only did I receive a fantastic customer service, the various bread were fresh and delicious. Thank you Dennis for your generosity, you are still remembered..
