Staff are friendly always. The portion size has decreased drastically in the past few months. Probably about 30-40% less. Not sure if it's new management trying to save a buck but can't pay that much for far less any longer. Reduce the price if you're giving me less. Thanks.

I always love visiting any Cobs Bakery. You're always greeted with a warm smile, and the air always teases your stomach. Looking at all the delicious choices can be troubling at times, but you can always eat your way through it. Some of the purchases we made didn't make it long enough for picture taking the next day.

I've seen a few reviews online about questionable quality and practice at this location. My expereince was also unacceptable. They tried to sell me pre packaged day old Kaiser buns instead of fresh sourdough buns. I declined the what they tried to sell me and they refused to return my money. Giving a busness money and getting nothing in return, in my book, is theft.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

8:30am on a Friday and I just got sold a day old loaf. Crust is rock hard and it was handed to me by the store manager - so much for being baked the same day! Avoid.

The bread goes so hard
I almost ate a dried fly in the bread. The prices are way to high to get that kind of quality! Gross!
Like any other cobs. Good bread. Friendly staff.
Convenient location, wide selection of bread and cookies, pleasant staff.

Excellentes pâtisseries, délicieuses et bien fraîches, ça vaut le détour.(Translated by Google)Excellent pastries, delicious and very fresh, it's worth the detour.
I always love the service and baked goods from here. No matter which location you go to, they are consistently polite and friendly. My favourite items are the Chia loaf, Apricot Delight loaf, and the various Teatime baked goods. :) Oh and they do amazing hot cross buns.
Bad Business Practices. They had a stamp coupon system before and I still have a full card. They said they will not honour it even though there is no expiry date.I believe without an expiration date in Canada it has to be honoured even if that system was discontinued.I have bought >100 loafs there. No more.
Ride service
Entrance accessible by wheelchair although the door is a bit narrow. Staff are attentive and helpful.
