A truly unique Victoria experience. The best, most interesting ice cream you'll encounter with creative flavours and flavour combinations you will not experience anywhere in this godforsaken world. Ethically sourced local ingredients and a happy team of dedicated employees. The only dairy free ice cream I can stomach. And I'm not dairy free.

I’ve been following the creative mind behind Cold Comfort Ice Cream since the early days—just a little cart on a bike! I didn’t even live in Victoria at the time, but I was blown away by the unique flavour combos and fun ideas. I followed from afar, basically torturing myself for years wishing I could try it. 😩 Now? I can just walk into the shop and finally live the dream. 😍 YUM.

As far as GF DF choices go on the island, amazing option! The cone is wonderful & I had 6 flavours to choose from! I really appreciate how faint the coconut taste is- it’s a real treat to enjoy the ice cream itself! Bravo Cold Comfort!
