Went there for brunch today. The food, especially the eggs were way overcooked, a couple of them were actually inedible. Our food had obviously sat for a while before reaching our table, all items except potatoes were cold. The service was terrible, took quite a while for food and our waitress didn’t come by at all to ask if we wanted more coffee or water. The restaurant was barely half full, I now understand why.

before you order food please read this! this place used to be great, I've order food from them many times but now it's hands down the worst food I've ever ordered, the 2 beef dips were so small and had such little meat they should be on the kids menu not to mention they are just meat and mayonnaise so the bun was pretty wet. The cornmeal breaded wings were dry, flavorless and an off taste. the onion rings were mediocre. our uber driver was not late and the driver had the food in a thermal bag. please don't offer me a credit in your reply as i don't want to give you another shot.

We got take away from here and it was terrible. The wings had no flavour but the meat itself tasted off. The beef dips were tiny and not as described on the menu. No caramelized onion and not much meat, very bland.

Food arriving late doesnt make the food suddenly lack flavour and doesnt account for the poor quality of the food itself not to mention again, tiny potions as well as not matching the menu description of the beef dips. The wings sauce tasted like water.. but the meat was off putting with a taste that worried me. I will say the food was warm however the the poutine was pleasant.

We have been here a few times because it's close to where we live, but each time we are reminded of why we don't go there. The food is not good. It's always disappointing and tasteless. Maybe if you just want a drink it's ok, but don't order any food, except maybe the pizza.

Enjoyed the pull pork tacos. And the ribs were seasoned perfectly. It was just a little bit lazy on cleaning as we watched a waitress cleaning cutlery on the floor, not using a foodsafe standard techniques. That was disappointing to see. However, I'm not sure if that is the one person choosing their own actions or how they train their staff, so I hope this was a one-time lapse in judgment. Maybe some more training would help either one staff member or all. Other than that, overall, great food.
Excellent food (recommend the chicken quesadilla) and prompt service. Will definitely come again.

We’ve had the saw waitress once or twice now a few weeks apart and it doesn’t seem like she wants to be there. She took only two out of the five of us at the table drink orders, before walking away and not seeing her for another ten to fifteen minutes. Even when she came back to drop off the two drinks she turned away before we could to speak and give her our order. When it came to food, I gave her my order twice before she actually put it into her system. She was on phone in the back of the restaurant instead of waiting on our table. We had to go up to the front of the restaurant to pay our bill as she never came by to bring it over to us. We gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time we had gone there as we assumed that she was new. Also they never seem to have the craft beer they have on their menu on tap. The service isn’t there and it’s pretty unfortunate as it is a really good bar close to home but it has turned me off of going back there.

Absolutely a terrible place, waitress was terrible and didn't want to be there, run down decor, if this is how you you run a pub please rethink your business decisions.

I should have realized what we were getting into when I made my reservation. I had to walk them through the whole process including asking them if they wanted a time before they hung up on me. When we got there the service was very lacking and it wasn’t the cleanest. They didn’t have half the craft beer in their list but were suggesting light beers as a substitute for IPAs on their menu. I had the beet salad which was good. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning.

Great staff, quick and friendly service. They handle requests easily. Love how you can get custom orders and cocktails or hot sauces. The fish tacos are seriously addictive.
