We have ordered from here for years, some of the better Chinese food in Victoria, until tonight, the chow main was different ,the chicken pieces in it tasted off, the breaded almond chicken was under cooked , and we always order the s+s on the side for our pork and it came covered in sauce. The ginger beef wasn't bad but it wasn't the same.

We ordered over a hundred dollars of food through skip the driver brought the wrong order refused to take it back and said we needed to call the restaurant because they gave him the wrong bag. We called the restaurant and they were very rude and really didn’t care that we didnt get our food.Basically they said it wasn’t their problem and didn’t even try to rectify it. Very disappointing

Used skip the dishes to order $100 worth of chinese food. Wrong order was sent. Delivery driver refused to take food back. He said to contact the restaurant. When I called the restaurant they were quite rude and did not offer to help or rectify the situation. Skip the dishes eventually gave us a credit of the amount paid but we did not receive our food.

The food was excellent! Lightly Hand breaded chicken balls, and Prawns, delicious! The homemade springrolls were wonderful and a surprise! Can't wait to try the other dishes! From order to door was super quick! Love love this place! Thank you Crown Palace!

Everyone must order the crispy ginger beef at least one time. Haven't had that anywhere. It is delicious. Will be back. Great prices. got the crispy ginger beef and almond chicken. Only took about ten minutes to cook up fresh. This is a must try Chinese restaurant.

Recently went with my husband we each got a noodle box and fried chicken. The noodle box had no flavor it was extremely disappointing I did not even bother eating it. The only nice this about it was the veggies were fresh. The chicken in it tasted like rubber. The fried chicken was just ok. I felt like i wasted my money unfortunately. The staff seemed nice and i had high hopes but was definitely let down

We ordered delivery so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. It was our first time trying this place and it did not disappoint. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Can’t wait to try the “chicken on the run” they also famous for!

I don't like posting bad reviews for restaurants but we feel it is necessary in this case. We were looking forward to ordering from this restaurant, but truly regretted it.We ordered the Calamari, the Lemon Garlic Prawns, the Palace Special Chow Mein and the War Won Ton Soup. The Calamari was all batter and burning hot to eat. The Garlic Prawns were also way over battered. The Palace Special Chow Mein had three prawns and not one bit of the other meats listed and served in a small size portion bowl. The War Won Ton was really the only thing that was acceptable and our bill was $72.We both also got horrible stomach aches mostly because of the grease that was on the deep fried Calamari and the Lemon Garlic prawns. I would not recommend ordering from here. The inside of the pick up area is so dirty and broken tiles, I imagine the back area is not much better.
