I tried to ask a question about what the Harewood and sons tea latte on the menu was an experienced such hostility and rudeness that my partner and I had to leave. When we stated ok were going to leave now the employee who was being uncalled for levels rude and hostile yelled good.I'd stray far away from this spot.Too bad, it was even recommended

This is as close, clean, and healthy a sandwich as it gets to what your grandma will prepare for you. The owner hand picks the meats (chicken, turkey, ham) all fresh, and gets the best bread. Oven toasted, nothing comes close.... I went there twice, and will keep going

The sandwiches are fantastic!It was nice and communal with the other guests in the space.Elizabeth was warm and accommodating.This is a one woman show and she's does great, but keep it in mind, don't come in in a rush or impatient.
Love love love the food, and chatting with the owner. The space is inviting and you can tell she loves what she does. Pea soup was 10/10 and our chicken sandwiches were delish!

Had the Pea soup first visit (just like moms) and the Montreal smoked meat sand 2nd visit. Soooo much meat and freshest bread. Coleslaw is excellent with cranberries and walnuts.And don’t get me started about the coffee. Rich and chocolatey beans from The Shtick in Sooke. Had a cappuccino and price was better than most.Nicely decorated with a clean bathroom that felt like it was in a personal home. Very clean and obvious the owner Elizabeth takes extra time to make it inviting. She’s a one woman show that is worth the wait if it’s busy.Thanks Elizabeth for a great experience will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Gluten free
