I waited inline got to the counter. The lady behind me, put an ice cream cake on the counter while she waited for her turn. The employee at the till asked if I could she could ring in the lady with the cake first and I said no, I said no sorry my family is waiting I’d like to order and I was a head of cake lady anyways. The employee steps to the next till and rings through the lady with the cake anyways and completely ignores me. I don’t understand why anybody would do that if you ask me and I said no why not respect that.

The staff at this establishment make this DQ outstanding! They are friendly, customer service oriented and always cook the food to perfection. They are always engage with our children too which makes this place family friendly. This is our favorite DQ in town!
Sorry, there were no pics as I ate them as soon as I got home. I bought 3 large strawberry sundaes and one peanut buster parfait. Sometimes, you just gotta go for it.

The floor is sticky, the walls, doors, just everything in the building is horrible. I used the washroom and felt like I needed to go home and shower after, it was also sticky floor, door to the stall just everything was sticky and gross. I refused to sit down in there we went and stood in the parking lot and ate our treats.
