I live near and love blizzards, however, the last 3 times I've gone to order either caramel or peanut butter blizzards, only to get something full of fudge and not mixed properly. Not sure anyone here actually knows how to make a blizzard.

So the ice creams and cakes have always been awesome. But I just found out today they lock their cakes up? It was so strange and when I asked it was due to theft. What a crazy world we live in that ice cream cakes have to be locked up due to theft.

Best customer service I've literally ever had at a fast food restaurant. I eat a carnivore diet and was far from home and in a hurry. The manager here was amazing with my "custom" order and brought the food out like it was a legit sit down place. And brought cups for drinks that we didn't order as a complimentary option. Sure it was not super busy and he had the time, bit still an amazing experience for a fast food join! Very impressed with this location! 👏

Ice cream cones were a bit melted today and they gave us replacements and upped the size of our cones for free.
Not a 5 star restaurant by any means.
