Pretty sad when a Large corporation charges you 25 cents for a bag.. for Food I bought from them.. When I asked.. a worker stated... Well everyone is doing it... lame excuse.. Be a leader not a follower.... Lots of business to spend my money at... Sorry gonna steer clear of this greedy place...

Best DQ in town. The burger was juicy, fresh, smothered in sauce. Feels like going back to the 90’s when you could dine in at fast food. Staff are pleasant, efficient, actively listen.The restaurant was clean and orderly. Kudos to this operator.The other locations in town are reflective of the decline of society. Moody teenagers, slow service, zero service, filthy tables, daytime homeless shelters.

Nice location, pleasant customer service, busy after school closes. I wish it was wider, between the door, line up, and the freezer. I lived around the corner a long time ago, but I still prefer their ice cream cake.

Fast food is supposed to be fast. I was on a 30 minute lunch break and with nobody in front of me, I came in and ordered a simple order. That part was fast. I then waited over 10 minutes for my food, which was just sitting there getting cold before someone realized they called out the wrong order. 3 other orders went out in that time. I said it would be cold now and they offered to make a new one. We are now 15 minutes in... I wait another 5 minutes for them to remake the burger. In that time they put up fries for others, and then said I had to wait even longer on new fries. We are now over 20 minutes into a 30 minute break. So I asked for a refund as I now did not have time to even eat it. They stumbled over issuing the refund and by the time I left, with no food, my entire break was gone. Awful service.Additionally, at one point they blamed me as they had called out the number... avoiding the part where they had called out the wrong number.I would avoid this location as getting a simple, single order, when it is not busy, is not something they can not pull off.
Staff were friendly and the food and desserts were up to standard. Their fries are the best combo with the blizzards. I highly recommend taking advantage of their coupons and their app to save money. I bought two large blizzards for $11 with tax. With no coupon, it would’ve been $18.

So you buy a 12 dollar burger and some chilled water then they tell you you need to pay more for barbeque sauce what a joke last time we will ever come to DQ horrible experience, The portion is tiny and not worth the money no wonder the place is
