The customer service at this location is terrible. Employees look and act as if the customers are burdens to them. Couldn't even get my full order in without the staff cutting me off telling me my total. The restaurant itself is quite dirty with trash all on the floor. And the wait time for the food seemed very long for fast food, especially since it was not very busy. Would not recommend you go to this location.

Worst Buster Bars ever, very little to no fudge in them. Ordered 3 of them and a Peanut Buster Parfait which had no fudge on top as well. Ice cream was also icing chucks like it’s watered down. They need to stop cheaping out on the product, order these all the time from places all over western Canada and this was the most disappointing experience thus far with DQ.

Dairy queen goods is fine.... but When I go, they use the register and handled the food and never see any hands washed or gloves being worn up front. Went back again after getting a response and watched as someone handled the register and handed cones and blizzard snack spoons to customers with no gloves or hand washing.

Maybe I need to take this as a way to build up my immune system. Not sure.

I placed an online order 2 hours before their closing time. I was charged on my credit card and told the order was ready. When I arrived the restaurant was shut down and an employee was walking out with a bag of food (likely mine) and said “We felt like closing early today”. So I just paid for some lazy employee to eat my dinner and wasted gas and time to witness it. Don’t give business to restaurants with such awful ethics.
