This DQ is very hit or miss food wise. Ordered a smartie blizzard and a cookie dough blizzard (with no hot fudge). I'm not sure if they were having issues with their ice cream machine but the smartie blizzard was more like a milkshake and had WAY too much hot fudge it was almost inedible. The cookie dough was made with hot fudge after the employee confirmed no hot fudge so it had to be remade.So a bit of a disappointing experience on this visit.

Poor experience, very unfortunate! They didn't get the coupon entered correctly the first time (thankfully we caught it and they gave us the money back). They forgot to give us our pop until we reminded them, as well, they gave us our mocha moolatte without the toppings, and when we pointed it out, they argued we were wrong.Highly disappointed, won't come back to this location.

Needed a fast dinner on my way home last night, ordered the backyard bacon ranch stack Burger. Bacon and ranch, what's not to love, right? This was easily the worst Burger I've ever had. It tasted like someone took a bag of garbage, burned it, and made a burger out of it. I ate it because I was starving, and it was $12 (for only a burger!) so I didn't want to waste my money either. In the past I would enjoy Dairy Queen burgers but I don't know what has happened. Maybe it's just this location.

I needed a quick dinner on my way home last night and since I hadn't been to this DQ for a while I thought I would stop in. I ordered the backyard bacon ranch stackburger. Bacon and ranch, what's not to love right? This thing was terrible. It tasted like someone burned a bag of garbage and made a burger out of it. I was starving and I ate it anyway. I have been to Dairy Queen plenty of times over the years and I have never been disappointed until last night.
What I love is that the food is piping hot and the customer service is excellent. If you are lucky enough to have a coupon you can get a crispy chicken combo for $8.43 with tax. That gets you a hot chicken burger, nice little basket of crispy fries and a decent sized fountain drink. Then you can finish your meal by buying yourself an ice cream treat from other tasty offerings.

People were getting the wrong items in their order, and were getting upset. Ours was fine as it was just ice cream. Only 1 person running counter for skip and online orders and people at the counter

Very disappointing that this location does not participate in the points program/ DQ app. Disappointing as a whole that the DQ franchise is not making all of their franchisee owners participate. There should be continuity within the brand.
