Why on earth wouldn’t you stock enough log ice cream cakes on a hot summer day? Managment needs to figure out their logistics. Somewhat embarrassing for a DQ

Tried to go back to this location for the second time first time I got a refund after wrong order and poor service this time I waited for 10 while 2 employees messed around at the counter it was 30 degrees in there and you could literally see the cooks sweat dripping on the food So I decided to leave it's unreal there is no supervision I don't think the franchise owner cares at all I will never return until new ownership

It's good i loved it.

The food is alright, but it’s offensively expensive. A small plain cone costs over $5. Absolutely unjustifiable.

$8.50 for a medium soupy blizzard.

I had a terrible experience at this location. Dq was having an advertised promotion. when I showed them my coupon with the code they refused saying it wasnt scannable when the original coupon on the app only said use the number code and did not have a scan bar code. i dont understand why they couldnt manually punch it in when thats what it asks for. The employee didnt want to help. Wish i would've gotten their name. It was a young Filipino guy. They even refused the 4 students infront of me in the line. Why even have the promotion then just to turn customers away? Waste of my time go in and felt bad for the others that didn't get it. Poor customer service. I would not go back and not recommend this place either.

Went late night to grab a post-gig bite. Decent meal and price (w/coupon). Took a while to get our food.

I installed the Dairy Queen app snd discovered that I could get a full meal deal for only $6.00.

I rode over to the store and tried to order using the app. Everything worked until I tried to check out. The app gave an error message. I had the clerk try to run the app and continued to get the same error message each time.

He eventually told me that the app was not working properly and that the only solution was for me to pay $11.00 for the full meal deal, rather than the $6.00 shown in the app.

This is a modern version of bait and switch. Get you in the door and then double the price for the same offering.

Needless to say, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered a chicken strip basket meal and for starters the guy was incredibly inpatient and then the mf straight up drops the bag.. ON THE GROUND and didn't say sorry or nothing he just coldly gave me the food
