Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I installed the Dairy Queen app snd discovered that I could get a full meal deal for only $6.00.

I rode over to the store and tried to order using the app. Everything worked until I tried to check out. The app gave an error message. I had the clerk try to run the app and continued to get the same error message each time.

He eventually told me that the app was not working properly and that the only solution was for me to pay $11.00 for the full meal deal, rather than the $6.00 shown in the app.

This is a modern version of bait and switch. Get you in the door and then double the price for the same offering.

Needless to say, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered a chicken strip basket meal and for starters the guy was incredibly inpatient and then the mf straight up drops the bag.. ON THE GROUND and didn't say sorry or nothing he just coldly gave me the food

Bought two blizzards and the ice cream wasn’t cold enough, and were essentially melted by the time I was able to try and eat them. I have never been given such a poor product from Dairy Queen before.

Came in tonite at about 7pm with my daughter in law , teenage grandson and his girlfriend. We're having ice cream s to the tune of $40. Have never had such disrespectful service. I have owned 2 fòod establishment s here in Victoria for over 20 years. Sold both and retired. If I had a employee who acted like this one tonite I would have fired them on the spot. Did not find out his name and I do not believe in causing a scene in front of other customers. He has black kind of curly hair and was working the til at the time. Good luck with that one
