I ordered Monster Bobo Latte and my friend ordered Taro milk tea with boba, young man were friendly with much more patience. Service was fast as well. Great experience!

I just ordered today and all I can say is a very poor service plus not that really good drink, if you take a look closer that lady who’s wearing a brown sweater I find her very rude, maybe my $1 tip is what they deserve because they only wanted to chitchat with their coworkers all day. I should’ve listened to the reviews here in google they don’t deserve the benefit of the doubts lol.

Cheap cups, no sense of service. My son's cups split straight down the side and not a hint of them offering to replace on the fact of their faulty product. Had to buy another having not had a single sip of the first. Will not be buying another again. Good way to make more money at the expense of their customers.

Too much water in milk tea

Horrible attitude from the workers. Drink was rushed and made way too fast, which is probably why it tasted like water.

Simply delicious!

It was the worst bubble tea I have ever had. I actually threw away because it was tastes very syrupy, powdery and old. Very disappointing and won’t go back again.

Terrible service - very impatient cashier and was pissed off because I was lactose intolerant and could not have sugar ! I ordered an oolong tea but it tasted like black concentrates tea. After a sip I told her that I did not like it and refused to give me some other drink !!!! Very disappointed - first and last time there : (

Absolutely horrendous service. The worker taking orders had a poor attitude for everyone's orders (we were in a group). Even after that they gave me a completely different drink from what I ordered and when I asked them to get me the correct drink I paid for they said I had ordered that drink. Never coming back here.
