The owner of this place really needs to think carefully about who they hire. Waiting 20+ minutes for bubble tea with only 4 people in line is unacceptable. In a good place, making tea takes 2–4 minutes. Here it’s always the same problem — you have to wait way too long, while the staff are laughing and having fun. Meanwhile, people are waiting for a simple bubble tea for 20 minutes. That’s terrible work, guys. I believe you can do better.

I've personally never experienced bad service the few times I've gone but I enjoyed the few drinks I've had

The menu selection is huge and the staff was so kind and patient and answered every single one of my children's questions. It's my kids loved their boba teas. ❤️

Sadly, each visit with the same drink will give different results. We always order 2 strawberry milk tea and there is always one of them that doesnt taste a lot. Every time, we have different tasting results. The golden bobba perls are very good but overall quality and taste varies too much.

Despite of all bad reviews my experience was very positive, the guy was friendly and took my order perfectly, flavor was great, will come back again! Thanks for hearing the costumers

The Boba is good but the workers have been rude to me and my friends before and usually if I get a slush from there the pearls are frozen

Staff is rude and unprofessional. The owner needs to step in and fix the bad attitudes here.

Ding Tea offers a decent selection of drinks, and I tried the taro slush. It was okay—not amazing, but not bad either. The texture was smooth and refreshing, though the flavor leaned a bit too sweet for my taste. If you enjoy sweet drinks, you might like it more. Overall, it's a decent option for a quick bubble tea fix.

The worker was so rude. I asked if bobba would be good in a drink and the lady gave me a dirty look and then started gossiping about me in chinese. The next lady who ordered asked for golden pearls and was only told after paying that they don’t have.

The two stars are for the menu - They have amazing selection.
But beware, the staff here is SO brutally mean lol
They were super rude and short-tempered while asking us for our order, and when I received the milk tea without pearls (despite us trying to clarify multiple times that I wanted pearls), they shouted something in their language that seemed rather akin to cussing me out lol
And this is just my most recent experience. I’ve had them treat me and fellow customers this way many times before.

Great milk tea, TERRIBLE service

So rude! No “hi” or “welcome to our store”, just got barked at for no reason. Never going back again!

I ordered Monster Bobo Latte and my friend ordered Taro milk tea with boba, young man were friendly with much more patience. Service was fast as well. Great experience!

I just ordered today and all I can say is a very poor service plus not that really good drink, if you take a look closer that lady who’s wearing a brown sweater I find her very rude, maybe my $1 tip is what they deserve because they only wanted to chitchat with their coworkers all day. I should’ve listened to the reviews here in google they don’t deserve the benefit of the doubts lol.
