This was hands down the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. I asked upfront whether they had halal chicken and was told no, so I very clearly ordered a vegetarian pizza and explicitly asked for no meat contact and a clean cut. Despite this, the employee used the same gloves he had just used to make a pepperoni pizza to prepare mine. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing, he argued with me about it. I had to explain multiple times that this was a vegetarian order and that meat contamination was not acceptable. He eventually threw the pizza out and remade it — but the remake was terrible. It was dry, barely had any sauce, almost no cheese, and very few toppings. It honestly felt rushed and poorly made, as if I was being punished for speaking up. This isn’t just bad service — it’s poor hygiene, lack of training, and complete disregard for customers’ dietary restrictions. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at a Domino’s before.

Ordered pizza got confirmation and that was it. No buzzer, no text, no one showed up since I went and read in the lobby waiting for it. Hour later with no recourse or customer service just had to give up. Very disappointing to waste my time.

Very helpful staff.
After struggling online with the voucher code deal, I went in store where, normally, they said their system can only accept vouchers from online orders. Instead, they used their system to order for me so I could still take advantage of a great deal. Will definately be back again.

I ordered delivery, and instructed the delivery person to call and meet me outside as I live in the downstairs unit. Oliver called, and I was running late and offered him to leave the pizza on the front step and I’d grab it is I got home. He kindly offered to wait the extra two minutes and meet me! And when I arrived, he was standing out with his bike in the rain. Hats off to Oliver, he did a wonderful job!

My food never arrived, I waited an hour and a half and the Dominos delivery never arrived, it was very frustrating because I was very hungry and I had to talk and waste another half hour to get my money back, to get my money back in 3 business days, seriously it is the worst service
Good friendly staff. Pizzas are a good value for what you get. Can sometimes be missing toppings or not made correctly. Management does a great job to make sure you're happy. Don't forget to do a half-and-half pizza to save some money!
Parking: Not much for spots around the place except for street parking.
