Been ordering here for a couple of years and have 99.99% been happy with service. Allegedly switched take out spot due to poor customer service and lack of food quality and care these boys on Douglas St have come through and I.. thank you. Bay St Victoria get A's all round too

How is it that every mainstream food spot in Victoria turns to absolute garbage. Its almost as if all the good employees left or got fired, and an entire wave of one type of employee took over. If you're going to fire all the old fashioned good employees, at least make the pizza right & wash your hands

My teen won't eat pizza at any other restaurant. The pizza is super yum (dessert too!) and I appreciate their coupons to allow us to order on a regular basis. Even though this is a very busy location, the staff are very friendly and provide prompt service. You can't find a hot pizza quicker anywhere else. If I ever have an issue, the Manager is quick to resolve any problems. 5 Stars all the way!

Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order online with a 2 min text alert. Didn't get the alert and the delivery guy knocked on my door. When I asked who it was I didn't get an answer. When I opened the door the food was sitting on the cold ground outside. The chicken bites where RAW, still pink on the inside. The pizza did not have extra cheese, barly even had a regular amount. And I was missing all the sauces. Absolutely horrible experience. One of the worst locations i have ever dealt with.
