The pizza and bread bites were somehow hotter and fresher than if I were to make them at home. The order was right on time, and Rafael went above and beyond delivering in the pouring rain. Best experience I've ever had with Domino's, for sure. Keep up the great work.

Our order was placed at around 523pm. Online message showed Krista began preparing the order at 524pm. We went to pick it up after around 25 minutes. On arrival we were asked for our order details and we were told our order will be ready in 15 minutes. Understanding the dinner rush hour conditions, we went to another establishment. We came back after 15 minutes as told. Surprise! Our order has not been prepared yet. The order was timed ready at 6:27 pm. The cashier appears not to know what he's doing and was just watching other staff as they work. On payment I handed over a $100 cash and was asked for a smaller bill. There's a question of hygiene as well when the cashier didn't even bother washing his hands after handling cash. He was not able to give me change. I was embarrassed since I was supposed to make the payment but was not able to. 😕

Worst Domino's experience ever. The staff kept lying, claiming my order was coming out of the oven, but another employee later admitted it hadn’t even been made yet. I waited over 40 minutes, only to be left disappointed and forced to get a refund. Completely unacceptable.
