ordered a beef Doner through Uber Eats and went from my workplace to pick it up. When I reached the restaurant, I was told to wait 10 minutes, which I did. After waiting, I saw that they were making a beef chicken kebab sandwich. I asked who it was for, and they then told me, “Sorry, beef is over, so this is your sandwich.”
Please understand that I already ordered my food and came all the way here. You were supposed to inform me earlier, not ask “Are you OK?” only after I checked in with you.
Additionally, the sandwich I received is half cooked. This is unacceptable.

Just walking to the music festival and looked up DONAIR near me and found this place which is expensive and clean looking and of course, delicious! I’m yet to eat the food but I recommend coming here to try

Bought a mix doner platter as a uber pick up since I live closeby, I even had to wait a bit in the store since the order wasn't ready when I arrived on the time they said it would be ready, but when I got home and opened the box,(within 10 mins of picking up from store) both the fries and meat were cold. Not lukewarm, but COLD to touch as if they had been sitting in a refrigerator. Im not sure how this is possible since I assumed they were being made fresh to the order, but very dissapointed. Also the portion size is small compared to other shawarma places in town. I could hardly tell it was two types of meat in there. Felt like they put cold cut meats and old fries in a box and put some sauce on top. There was barely any rice too. A whole lot of colelaw that has nothing to do with a shawarma box though. Disappointing experience overall.
And I ordered some Knafe and was greeted with a sausage looking oily mess in a box. Imnot even sure if I got the right dessert tbh. Only one side of this phyllo wrapped 'roll' was cooked. The otehr side was literally uncooked phyllo dough.
These guys are the best. We get lunch from here at least once a week. All the guys in the shop love the food!

My kids were very hungry when we arrived, and Eyup was incredibly helpful. He had great knowledge of the menu and customized the food to match my kids’ preferences. He was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous too. And love the interior decorations.
