I’ve frequented the Yates location for lunch on workdays for a couple years - food is always great.
Recently, my in-laws came to town. Mother-in-law is Vegan and a highly sensitive Celiac. I submitted a question online and Bob the owner called me back very promptly to discuss her dietary needs. This gave me a lot of confidence to suggest Dosa to my small-town family members.
When we arrived at the restaurant, we shared our dietary concerns with our server, who was great, and mentioned that I had spoken to Bob. A few minutes later he came to greet our table and to make sure he was crystal clear on our needs; he even came back later with a video to show that he cooked our food in fresh oil. So sweet!
All of the food was fabulous, and the other 3 at the table all finished as mush as they could! Delicious!
The care taken by Bob and the Dosa Paragon ensured an easy and enjoyable evening dining out, something that can be a real challenge to those with significant gluten issues.
Thank you guys so much, we’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my experience at Paragon Dosa! The dosas were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick, specially the server girl Kirandeep Kaur . She is very sweet. Great place for authentic South Indian food — highly recommend!

After having our order taken by a surly, unhelpful woman at the counter, we waited nearly an hour for our food. They said they were busy with takeout orders & so just let us sit there! The restaurant is in an office building, with tables spread out in the hallway. People who arrived after us were served before us. How this place ever won an award is a mystery. We will never be back.
