Cozy and contemporary cafe in a beautiful hotel lobby. Very friendly staff and excellent drinks. Small selection of tasty baked goods.

The worst latte I’ve ever had, good thing they only offer coffee in 12oz sizes. The parfait was less than impressive as well. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, there are plenty of other options nearby.

I originally wrote a 3star review here, but decided to remove it and email the owner of my experience first. Businesses should have a fair exchange with their customers before getting a permanent low star review. Two weeks later, and never got a reply to my email. So I have come here to post an updated 1star review.
The ambience and decor of the cafe is nice, and it’s appreciated that they use a small batch local coffee roastery. But the food that we ordered was just so disappointing. The breakfast sandwich described on the menu doesn’t match the low product that we received. It’s a $10 egg McMuffin. And it seriously tastes like it’s been microwaved.
The “fresh” pastries are presented saran wrapped. I had a loaf, and it was individually wrapped, and tasted like it wasn’t baked the same day.
Honestly seems like a tourist trap taking advantage of the hotel guests. I’m a huge fan of the hotel restaurant, “Aura” - so if you are staying at the hotel, skip this cafe and just go to their restaurant.
Seriously disappointed that the management of this cafe didn’t respond to my email.
Very glad they were open early. Welcoming little cafe with great black coffee (really!) and baked goodies. Just right after a stroll around Laurel Point.

I went recently again to the Cafe and the service was really good! The workers were really friendly and helpful. I tried one of their pastries and I was hesitant (I’m really picky lol) but it actually was amazing! I would definitely recommend to my friends. The atmosphere is such good vibes.
