Our reserved table was ready when we arrived, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Delicious drinks and food - I've never had a bad meal at Earls- always very consistent!

Everything was so good! We came at the last hour of happy hour and our server Stella brought us out free chips and salsa! We ordered both of their new tacos and it was so tasty and filling. Thank you!

The total bill with tax was $95 I added gratuity 18% and when I came home I realized they charged me $117. Plus some change. That is incorrect Math. Either the machine does wring calculations or the server made an error

Came in for dinner on the 14th and sat in Shelby's section. She was a fantastic server! The food was delicious and so were the drinks! It was a great night

Great service and food! It's our annual family birthday tradition for each member and never disappoints!

We appreciate being seated in the dining room as opposed to the bar area. The noise level was far more tolerable. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Our meals arrived in an appropriate amount of time after ordering and were well presented and delicious. We would happily return to Earl's.

Overall not a great experience but not a terrible one. Ordered a side of sauteed prawns that ended up being 5 of the smallest prawns I've ever seen, The waitress was kind enough to take them back and remove them from the bill.

After we left, my daughter found this in her Fried chicken sandwich. See attached image for what appears to be a bone.

Today I went to Earls Victoria with group of friends for dinner, I explicitly informed the staff on three separate occasions that I am celiac and that requires a strict gluten-free diet.

Despite these clear communications, I was served food containing gluten, resulting in a severe physical reaction and ongoing symptoms requiring recovery. This goes beyond a simple mistake — it represents a failure in duty of care and negligence in handling a known medical condition.

In Canada, restaurants have a legal obligation to provide accurate allergen information and take reasonable steps to prevent cross-contamination when informed of a medical necessity. In this case, those steps were clearly not taken.

This incident has caused pain, distress, and potential long-term health implications. I strongly urge Earls to review and revise their allergen handling protocols, provide staff training, and implement stringent verification processes for medically necessary dietary accommodations.

If this issue is not formally addressed, I will have no choice but to explore further action through appropriate regulatory and legal channels. This is about protecting others from experiencing what I went through.

Stopped at Earl's while we were visiting Victoria on 5/25. The staff was incredible helping us find a space that worked with our toddler for dinner. Our server (Brayden L.) was also on top of everything our entire meal. He provided meal recommendations along with local drink recommendations.

The entire staff, from the hostess to the GM, were a pleasure and made the experience great.

Noor was a fantastic server. He went above and beyond. His service was equal to service I've received in the nicest restaurants victoria and vancouver have to offer. He perfectly understood server etiquette. Our whole table was consistently pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail, friendliness, and overall consistent availability. We all agreed it was the best service we had received in years.

My mother and I are fond of visiting this restaurant for their clam chowder. Unfortunately, it seems they have modified the recipe, as this time it contains salmon. We asked when the change occurred, but they claimed it had not been altered and did not contain salmon, instead attributing it to carrots. Nevertheless, the difference was apparent, and I even displayed evidence. The manager claimed to have spoken with the chefs, who denied the presence of salmon, but admitted the possibility that they might be dishonest. As soon as we received the soup, I noticed a fishy smell and a difference in appearance compared to previous visits, and I clearly tasted salmon.
