We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Earls. The food was spot on as usual. Our server Shelby was wonderful. She was fast, efficient and very friendly! Definitely going back!

Had such a great experience here! Jaxon was a wonderful server and really made the evening fun and spontaneous. He was very welcoming, and had such an ease about him that kept us longer than we expected. Make sure to ask for him as your server when you come in, you will enjoy everything about your experience.

The food was excellent and truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the meal. Our server, Ellie (or Ally), seemed attentive at first but quickly became disengaged from our table. After the initial interactions, she was difficult to find and never once checked back to see how our food was or whether we needed anything.
Our wine glasses were left empty, and we eventually had to go to the bar ourselves to get napkins and water. Meanwhile, she appeared to be spending time chatting with coworkers. It was disappointing, especially given how much we enjoyed the food.
I’ve honestly never experienced service quite this inattentive. I hope this was just an off night, as the kitchen is clearly doing a fantastic job.

great meal and location downtown was superb. the host kaya was super helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in and very accommodating! will visit again.
