After lunch, be sure to be served cold food and sometimes they grill together chicken portions for different customers. So you can't tell the quantity you are supposed to get.

I always eat at Edo but this one in downtown is bad portion is small compared to hillside mall food court Edo ,the one downtown needs to serve more portion of food so people will come back for more and more ,cause I won't come back to downtown Edo the guy trying to save food cost but losing customers

My family picked me up some ramen to bring back to my room as I was sick on our recent trip to Victoria. The ramen was delicious, noodles perfectly cooked. It really hit the spot! The chicken and rice dishes were also tasty.

Ordered a Beef/Chicken Yakisoba for $13.21 after tax and it came with a colossal!...30 grams of meat and maybe 20 in vegetables...the rest was rice...I paid 13 bucks for a bowl of rice...Every other location i went to actually had meat, mushrooms and vegetables making up 1/3 to half of the dish.
Absolute rip off.

About a week ago I visited this place. I was in a bit of rush and as it always happened in that case my order got forgotten. I was very upset. Edo's chef noticed this and really went above and beyond to lift my spirits. He made a great meal for me and added shrimps on the top of my order.

Beef so stringy to be inedible.
Used to go regularly but with increased price and decreased quality. Never again!

Located top floor of the Bay Shopping Center, you will find Edo Japan. An excellent stop for lunch. Cooked fresh in front of me in a self serve line up. The staff are polite, and the facility is clean. Portion sizes are very large. I ordered a kids' meal and upgraded from my juice box to water. For dessert, my meal came with chocolate dip pokey sticks. ?

Went in for a quick bite to the food court in the Bay Centre in Victoria, BC.
There was a stall there which seemed pretty busy, and as I was ordering I saw a promotion that they had for Thursday promo for 16 pcs of sushi rolls called Sushilicious which was $9.99.
I thought they it wouldn’t be god, but actually it was very good.
They used actual crab meat instead of imitation crab, and grilled shrimp instead of deep fried the quakes quite good as well. Reasonable size as well. Good and filling.
The only downside was the apt sauce was quite thin and watered down.
The 4 stars for the atmosphere was because it was a food court, but was actually quite clean and the qualifying the furniture was good.
All in all enjoyed the meal, and would definitely recommend if in the area on a Thursday!

I've been a customer at this location since before the current staff even thought about working there. I always order the Bento box. But over the past few months the overall quantity has gone down drastically. Look at this picture. Then go order a bento box at Edo, Hillside mall. You'll get what I am referring to.
I for one am not going to waste my hard earned money eating at this Bay Center location anymore. Sad state of affairs! ????
