Seriously avoid this place if you don't want to become addicted to their latte's and breakfast sandwiches. This place is incredible, fantastic location with a patio, super friendly staff, and the food/beverages are delicious. We live on the mainland but my wife and I yearn for a Farmhouse vanilla latte.

I pass by here on my way to work, and often get a latte to go. It's great coffee! And less expensive than many competitors in the area.
They also have solid, tasty food. The Korean BBQ sandwich is my favourite.
Staff are super friendly, proactive, and do their best to make all their customers leave happy. If weather permits, it's also a great place to sit outside and enjoy a nice harbour view!

I can't say enough nice things about Farmhouse. The staff are what really make it special -- they are super friendly and take the time to remember your name. The food is great an reasonably priced for the quality you get. Coffee is good too, but again it's the service that's a standout.
