Really good bacon/cheese burger and yam fries. Definitely recommend.

Very bad experience at this Fatburger location in the food court. We ordered from three different places, and even though Fatburger was the first place we ordered from, it was the last one to give us our food.

It took more than 30 minutes to get my order. We were in a rush, and the employee who helped us had a very bad attitude and looked clearly annoyed. I tried to cancel my order because of the delay, but he refused. He just kept saying “it’s ready, it’s ready” and practically threw the food at me instead of handing it to me properly.

On top of that, no ketchup or any condiments were included at all, and nothing was offered.

Terrible customer service and a very unpleasant experience overall. I wouldn’t come back to this location and definitely don’t recommend it. 👎

Absolutely delicious burger! It was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and loaded with all the best goodies. Fresh toppings, melty cheese, and bold flavor in every bite. Portions were generous and quality was excellent. Easily one of the most satisfying burgers I’ve had. Highly recommend Fatburger at Hillside Mall!

The burgers are very flavourful. My wife had her’s wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. The chocolate milkshake was okay. The chocolate flavouring could taste more like chocolate instead of generic chocolate syrup.

“I had the Cajun Chicken meal at Fatburger and it was really good! The chicken was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and everything in the meal came together nicely.
