Me and my friend ordered a chocolate martini thinking it would come out like the description on the menu. When the drink came out it was completely different there was chocolate sauce all over the glass which then chunked and was separating from the drink the to add to that there was a lemon on the rim. A LEMON ON A CHOCOLATE MARTINI. We then waited over 30 mins just for the server to simply walk past our table, we had to call out to her and ask if there was anyway we could get a different drink since this wasnât what was described. She had no idea what she was doing, scurried to ask the bartender and then came back and said sheâs sorry the drink âdidnât meet your expectationsâ. Which isnât what we said at all. The drink was completely different from what the description was. We then waited there with dirty plates on our table for another 35 mins before we had to call her to our table to get the bill. Terrible service

We went into fels for a drink and food after our exam, we ordered chocolate martinis which the server didn't even know existed. The drinks came out and were essentially puddle water, vodka and chocolate sauce, and to top it off it was served with a lemon. (Not mentioned on menu). We requested politely if we could either have it re made or order something else, she asked the bartender and apparently it was not possible. So we paid full price. Took our server 30 minutes to check on us, and another 30 before we got the opportunity to ask for our bill. Overall unhappy and will not come back. Not accommodating whats so ever.

Be prepared for a disappointing experience when this place gets busy. The staffâs attitude was unprofessional and, at times, came across as rude. I also witnessed behavior that felt racially insensitive, which was especially upsetting. Management should address this immediately to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

The vikes burger was crazy good. Place should totally be a 4.6+ impressively good food.
Doesnt have good virgin drinks :( In addition, they fry their fries and fish in the same oil as chicken...no good

Attended for an event as part of a conference. The staff were quite knowledgeable and the service was excellent. The wrap I had fell apart when I tried to pick it up though, and while they offer a vegan option for the quesadilla it would be without vegan cheese substitute which wouldn't give the filling anything to stick to. Please add more full vegan options. Other than that, highly recommend it.

Karaoke Thursdays at Felicita's are a good time! They have a pool table that gets fairly busy. Well run student pub on UVIC Campus with nice servers and cheap eats - wings on Thursdays are a decent deal and very tasty.
