Seafood pasta had plenty of class, scallops and shrimp. The scallops were extremely sweet and perfectly cooked. The sauce was superb. The salsiccia bianco pizza was just the right size, the crust was thin and crunchy and the toppings were excellent. Our server Halley was great, a lot of energy and fun.

Staff are SO fantastic. The cooks, servers, bartenders, food runners, and GM are an absolutely rare and fabulous team in the service industry.
The drinks are precise and perfect.
The food is thoughtful, elegant, detail focused, and flavour forward.
Patio is great. Bar is great. Tables are great. Service is exceptional no matter where you decide to be.

The overall vibe of the restaurant is one that I really enjoyed. The service from when we entered the restaurant was amazing. And the variety of food customisation is incredible. My wife and I went to Victoria, see the sites and enjoy some good food. Fiamo was by far the best restaurant we visited. It has a cozy and cool vibe. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic! Amelia was our waiter. She gave us a few recommendations and we took her advice. Her selections were fantastic and her service timing was impeccable. This is a must visit restaurant when traveling to Victoria!

Fiamo Pizza & Wine Bar is a great place in Victoria to get authentic Italian food. The pizzas were full of flavour, and although the base was slightly overcooked, this didn't take away much. Their famous brussels sprouts with maple syrup and parmesan cheese is unique and surprisingly works really well, definitely recommend. Téa served us and was absolutely fantastic.
