Amazing! Best fish and chips ever! And I'm a Brit!?? Fresh, fresh, fresh!Had the halibut and it was cooked perfectly. It was so fluffy and white, not too oily and the taste was out of this world! Fries were great too.Service was awesome and fast.Great job to those cooking, running, owning this fine establishment ??If you're in town you have to go and get some mouthwatering deliciousness!

The best fish and chips ever

The pictures speak for themselves. The halibut batter was uncooked and over half an inch thick in places. I followed up and expressed my concerns on the owner’s website two weeks ago and they did not response, so this rating applies to their customer service as well.

Ordered the 2 piece cod fish and chips. The fish itself was good quality but the batter was really bad. When you press your fork against it basically falls apart. Batter was overcooked as another poster mentioned… the coleslaw was also didn’t have a lot of flavour to it.

Finest at Sea Seafood is truly a gem in the heart of our city! Their dedication to sourcing the freshest locally caught fish sets them apart from the rest. Whether you're shopping for groceries or craving a quick bite, their grab-and-go fish and chips are absolutely outstanding. Each bite is a burst of flavor and quality that keeps me coming back for more. Without a doubt, they boast the best seafood selection in town. Five stars all the way! ???

The halibut is amazing (and huge!) and the seafood chowder is great. Excellent customer service, great prices, and I'll definitely be back when I'm in Victoria again.

The fish shop is outstanding, and the food truck had one of the best tacos I think I've ever had.

Disappointing experience our last 2 visits. The fish was great quality, but the batter was overcooked and greasy and the fries oversalted. I find their tartar sauce and coleslaw both leave something to be desired.Might try it again but for the cost of fish and chips these days I'm not sure I want to.
There are many seafood places in Victoria, but Finest at Sea stands out to me. On a sunny day the view is amazing, and the place is charming. We had the panko oysters, grilled lingcod and the chowder. All equally wonderful.

Fish and Chips are so good here! And they have grilled option that tastes amazing!! My partner come here not often enough and we love to picnic along lighthouse walk. It is very nice and people and i wish you have another one close to cook street, but maybe this is better otherwise I become to big

This is for the retail store. Stopped by this morning to buy some halibut. The young women who served me was excellent. Knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly, passionate about what she does, nothing is problem kind of service. This is the kind of retail service I wouldn't at all mind tipping. This is my only fish store from now on. Also the store doesn't even have that fishy smell which you get in most seafood stores. She also said the owner is really only interested in local seafood which is great in today's fake "local" culture. So many positives.

Yum, Ling Cod tacos, reasonably priced, nice atmosphere sitting outside.
Best place to buy fish that you know is what they say it is.
