Fishhook is a wonderful spot for unique, French-inspired Indian seafood dishes. The seafood koftas on chickpea curry were outstanding, and the catch-of-the-day cod was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. The restaurant is small but cozy, with a great atmosphere. Truly unique food. Highly recommend!

We've walked past this place a number of times wanting to try it, but it's always been busy.
We decided to have dinner and I'm glad we did.
The food had really good flavor, and the right amount of spice. I love that they embraced seafood, it was fresh fish and squid, nice and tender.
The servers were excellent and the place was clean and well kept. Definitely would recommend.

This place is a walking distance, and i decided to try it after 3.5 years of living in Victoria.
Chowder is nothing special. Red Fish Blue Fish is light years better.
Pondicherry was great.
Fishhook Poutine was good, one piece cod.
