I’ve been here previously and the experience was good with very friendly staff. However, today was different. I noticed they had discounted cheesecakes and asked how long it had been sitting out, very common question to ask as most cafes in Victoria and Langford usually have a note disclosing that; e.g day old cookies etc. The employee (friendly btw) didn’t know and asked the manager (the gummy Asian lady) who was instantly rude and aggressively repeated twice “as you can see it’s 30% off if you don’t want it buy another” discounted or not it’s pretty reasonable to ask how long an item has been sitting on the shelf especially if it’s one of the last items there. The employee not knowing and the manager getting intense when asked is such a red flag, reason to believe it has been sitting out for days or their other cheesecakes aren’t freshly made. Won’t be back. There are literally 4 other cafes within a minute distance of each other, lose the attitude.

I tried their mango cheesecake and it was so good! Creamy, smooth, and not too sweet – just perfect. The ambiance was really nice too, cozy and relaxing. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall, a great place to chill and enjoy some delicious cake. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

soooo cutesy and girly in here i love it. their strawberry surfer latte is so good, Selah recommended me to add coffee and omg it is so tasty i am literally addicted. amazing prices on their items especially for this area. i also am so happy they added little snacks too!! their spicy thai ham sandwich is fire. Selah is so lovely and has such amazing customer service, this place and her energy brings such a smile to my face !!! thank you beautea and Selah for slaying so hard

Flourish beaute was one of my favourites cafe in the langford. However, I am so sorry to leave this comment but I have to last sunday i went to flourish beaute and had a slice of strawberry sponge cake. The customer service attendant recommended the 30% off slice and I took that. When i reached home and excited to eat as always but I got so disappointed because the slice was so stale and had rotten piece of strawberry inside that made me so sad. My concern is if you guys offering anything 30% just mention to the clients that these are not fresh. I was there to just get a good slice of cake not wanted to have discount and stale piece. Feeling sad
I always go to this cafe and always get great service and a delicious sandwich with coffee♥️ Coming here will give you a good mood for the whole day 🥰

Don't order on uber eats or door dash. They don't secure the drinks enough before the driver picks it up. I'm pretty sure the driver put soap in my drink and I wasn't able to get a refund or anything and I keep calling the Langford location to answer the phone and they don't answer they are really good company, but the way they do there to go cups is not secure enough and anyone can just open it without you knowing and put anything in it like they did to me ;(
