I have come to Flourish a few times now, and every time I have a pleasant experience! The staff are always friendly and take the time to make you feel welcome. Every drink I have gotten so far I have enjoyed, I really like the barley tea, rose latte and Japanese purple latte.Would recommend this shop if you're interested in trying a new type of hot drink!

Desserts are absolutely delicious and worth the indulgence. I like how the coffee selection is infused with fruit or flowers to give a unique taste. This truly feels like one of those Asian cafes one would see in Asia (much akin to those Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwanese, South Korean, or Japanese cafes) as far as aesthetics go. Very roomy, inviting, and safe.I was here to meet up with my friend with another friend of his with her daughter. I was able to casually chat with the acquaintance while my friend was occupying with the cute and high energy daughter. The gentleman running the cafe brought all the dessert to our table and didn't mind the wee one running around and enjoying the sites. He also didn't mind me charging my work laptop ? in case I needed to hop online. I like the fact the banquette seating does have outlets so it's a good potential to do remote work here.I'm sold on the sponge cake and cheesecake. The ones that I've tried are delicious ? and it's a good thing I had to take the friends to the park or else I could see myself being there all day on my laptop eating and drinking away.Def will come back here. ? Highly recommended.Parking: Parking is not an issue here parking areas are within very short walking distance to the premisesKid-friendliness: Kid friendliness is top notch at this location. Even had an acquaintance's 4 year old daughter to test this review!Wheelchair accessibility: Door is usually propped open, plenty of space to ambulate in a wheelchair and chairs can be moved to accommodate wheelchair seating.

Stopped in while waiting for my car to be serviced at Glenoak… and wow!!! So glad I DIDN’T opt for a Starbucks.Flourish BeauTea…I’ll definitely be back!Desserts are made in-house. I chose the mocha cheesecake. So creamy and smooth, with just the right amount of mocha-hint.Matching it perfectly with an oat-milk Oolong tea latte…I would order the exact same thing again and again and again.(~$13)And the service? Friendly, thoughtful and welcoming ??Ok…I simply came in to rest for a little, have a tea and click away on some work on my laptop while my car is serviced…yet I felt compelled and needed to add a review first!You’ll be happy you stopped in ?Cheers!PSDid I mention they also have guest wifi?

Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Coffee special was very good. The treats all look delicious and I like that they are made in house (still have to try most of what I got). The butter walnut cookie was nice. It is a very nice looking place and pleasant to be in. Well done.

I had written a review for the Downtown location as well, but since the Langford location first opened up, this has been my go-to spot for a drink and some study time. More seating and two bathrooms here makes this location a little more accessible, but otherwise it's all the same - same cozy vibe, same friendly staff, and same delicious treats! Please never change!
