Transparent staff they were hustling as they were short staffed but die they’re absolutely best. Gave folks waiting a chance to talk about the holidays and nobody waited more than 20 minutes. Had Nadia as my server and wish I had her as a friend! She was fantastic with me well before I sat down. Knowledgable about the menu and made great recommendations. Loved my latte and eggs Benny. Purposely came here from the mainland and couldn’t be happier. Grateful for the staff and the food and their friendliness and kindness they showed. Such a joy to dine here !☺️

First time going to this locations Floyd's, and we had a wonderful time. Our server Sara D, was very kind, quick, and helpful. She matched the atmosphere of our table excellently, and she even anticipated some of our needs without us even needing to ask! She also gave us a very cute comment at the end of our breakfast that just made our day, so had to give her a shout-out for the excellent service!

Had the Lumberjack breakfast, pancakes were fluffy, the bacon was thick (best bacon in Victoria), the service was great! Only thing I'd change are the breakfast potatoes.

There’s honestly nothing special about this place compared to other brunch cafes. And they couldn’t even be bothered to refill water or coffee on a slow weekday. Parking is way more inconvenient than I expected. It’s also messier than I thought. If zero stars were an option, I’d click it in a heartbeat.
.🥲Normally have an ok experience. Today though had the Austin Benny andwas very disappointed. When they state porkbelly and you get shaved roast porkbelly that is not seasoned and because it is thinner than their bacon super chewy and distracts from the other flavours of the dish which are okay.
If they rubbed it and braised the belly and cut proper thick slices for porkbelly it would do the oppisite and add to the dish 🥲.

Male server with eyes glued to his iPad barely looked at us and walked away when I said “may I?” Trying to get our bills. His attitude sullied our brunch. Drinks were 5.50$ for a thimble of juice, a bit cray. However Hannah at the door was awesome, very personable.
