We had lunch here on a Wednesday and sat out on the patio which has a great view of the harbour and float planes coming and going. I ordered the halibut fish and chips which tasted good but felt a little too greasy. Our son had the chicken fingers with fries and he was happy with it. The only downside was that it took quite a while for the server to come by and take our order even though it was not that busy at the time. The location is really nice though and makes it a good spot...
Truly a fantastic restaurant and Location-Location. Excellent service and tasty food, we sat on the patio and had awesome views watching Seaplanes takeoff/land. You must make room for dessert as their Sticky Toffee Pudding is out-of-this-world.
We visit the Flying Otter Grill every time we are in Victoria and it is always a delightful experience. We had a lovely lunch and were seated by the windows with great views of seaplanes coming and going. The hostess was very accommodating with getting our family seated although they had a bigger group coming in with a reservation.
