Very disappointed. We ordered an iced latte, which was completely watered down and lacking in flavour, and a macchiato, which was too acidic. We ordered some small pastries, which, in my opinion, were very expensive, overly sweet, and nothing spectacular. When paying, they ask for a tip. I don't understand why, since no one served us or brought anything. The machine normally has the option to not tip, but that option is always conveniently hidden. Despite all this, the place was busy. People came and went constantly. I guess when sales are strong, there's little incentive to improve.

The last couple times I picked up a latte here the barista rushed the order and never make it right. The other day my latte was barely warm because she rushed it so bad.. today I ordered my latte extra hot and again it wasn’t made right. Not sure I’m going to keep paying a premium for this kind of service. It’s great the business is doing so well it can hardly keep up with customer orders.. but how long will it continue doing well if it’s not taking pride and giving customers a proper coffee?

I’ve been coming to Café Fo Epi for almost a year now and I really enjoy their bread and pastries. Often I’ll also buy sandwiches, which are quite good in quality.
That said, for many months now every time I’ve asked to have a sandwich warmed or grilled, I’m told the oven is not working. The sandwiches are still sold at full price, which makes it disappointing given how expensive they are. Cold sandwiches just don’t feel like the same value.
I hope the team can address this, because I do like the café and would be happy to keep enjoying both the baked goods and sandwiches here.

We had the falafel and bánh mi baguette sandwich. Just absolutely delicious. Coffee very good taste, feels good quality. Definitely one of the best coffee shops in Vic!

Smells like sewage every time. Cafe Employees seem to good for customers and need to be a bit more pleasant. Yes we all have personality. But stay home if your not a People person. Good coffee , get pastries in fol epi bakery side they are so friendly and kind. Not sure what 10 feed does to moods.
Delicious Pain au Chocolate and Lemon blueberry Danish. You can tell they understand the techniques of proper dough lamination. Tastes, flaky, buttery and perfectly crisp, yet light and pillowy soft. The Coffee cake and blackberry shortbread were a yummy treat as well The latte complimented the pastries perfectly. Will try some savory options next time.
