I am writing this review because I am extremely disappointed in how the staff handled their mistake with my takeout order today.
After picking up my order from the restaurant and driving back home to eat, I realized that they gave me the wrong dish for one of the items that I ordered (gave me beef and broccoli instead of ginger fried beef).
So I call them to see what can be done, and I am told that I can come back and pickup the right dish in 20 minutes.

When the waiter serves the dishes
, she put her finger into the dish. More than once, we have reported this situation to the boss ，but he without explaining or apologizing at all. Their attitude is very rude. This is the worst restaurant on Vancouver Island I have ever seen. Don't waste your money. Unless you want to try the smell of the waiter's fingers and their disgusting service, I will never go to this restaurant again.
We have been ordering from Fointain for years now and they have always been so good and consistent. Best Chinese food in town!
